Getting Started
With the first visit to Southern Connecticut Dental Group, you get to experience our comprehensive approach to dental care. We start by compiling a complete medical and dental history. Next, we examine your teeth and gums, screen for oral cancer, x-ray your teeth as needed, and perform both a TMJ examination and cosmetic evaluation. We then discuss diagnosis and recommended treatments, as well as associated costs.

During routine follow-up visits, we will thoroughly examine and clean your teeth and make specific recommendations for in-office treatments and at-home maintenance. We also encourage you to ask questions and to clarify any issues associated with your care during the visit.
